Seven Oaks offers thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each layout combines modern finishes with open-concept spaces, creating a refined atmosphere suited to a range of lifestyles—from urban professionals to those seeking a peaceful retreat in Midtown Phoenix. 

Yes, Seven Oaks features a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center with dedicated cardio and free-weight zones, as well as a serene yoga studio. There’s also a designated outdoor lawn area ideal for stretching, circuit training, or fitness classes. 

Yes, Seven Oaks features a covered parking garage with reserved spaces available for residents who prefer dedicated parking. Additional monthly charges may be included – please view our community fees page for the most up to date information. EV charging stations are also offered, including the option to reserve a spot for personal convenience. 

We do not currently offer furnished apartment homes. However, our spacious floor plans and modern design make it easy to personalize your space with your own furnishings and style. 

Short-term lease options are available upon request, though restrictions may apply. Please note that no concessions are offered for short-term lease terms. Our leasing team can provide full details to help you find a plan that best suits your timeline. 

Yes, every apartment home at Seven Oaks includes in-unit laundry, with stackable front-loading or side-by-side washer and dryer options. You’ll enjoy the convenience of modern appliances designed to make day-to-day living more effortless. 

Your monthly rent covers the base rental rate for your apartment home. Utilities and other community-related fees are billed separately. Please refer to our Community Fees page for full details. 

Yes, renters' insurance is required for all residents. It provides added peace of mind and helps protect your personal belongings throughout your stay at Seven Oaks. 

COX Communications is our preferred provider for both Internet and cable services. Their high-speed connectivity options make it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected from the comfort of your apartment. 

Yes. Utilities and amenity fees are billed separately but combined with rent for convenience. Certain monthly fees like our resident services fee and technology bundle will also apply. For a full breakdown of monthly fees and optional services, please refer to our Community Fees page.  

Residents can conveniently pay rent through our secure online Resident Portal. We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, and debit cards, and you can also set up automatic payments for a truly hassle-free experience. 

Yes, Seven Oaks offers unmatched access to public transportation, with bus stations located within 30 feet of the community. Plus, the Central Avenue Light Rail Station is just minutes away, making it easy to commute or explore Phoenix without a car. 

Seven Oaks is located within the Phoenix Union High School District, near Emerson Elementary, Madison Park Middle School, and both North and Central High Schools. The area is known for its academic diversity and strong community support.

Seven Oaks is approximately five minutes from downtown Phoenix, offering residents quick access to nightlife, cultural venues, and major employers. Whether you’re commuting for work or meeting friends for an evening out, it’s an easy trip.

The leasing office is conveniently located directly off 7th Street, easily visible as you enter Seven Oaks. Ample guest parking is available nearby to make your visit quick and seamless. 

Yes, Seven Oaks is proudly pet friendly and welcomes your furry companions. Our community was designed with pets in mind, offering both convenient amenities and nearby green spaces for your pet’s enjoyment. Residents and their furry friends can enjoy an on-site dog park and dog washing station, allowing their pets to play, socialize, and stay fresh without ever leaving home. In addition, Monterey Park is just minutes away and offers scenic walking paths and open grassy areas. Combined with our on-site dog park, it’s the perfect environment for pet owners to enjoy an active lifestyle with their companions. 

Seven Oaks does not have a weight limit for pets. However, certain aggressive breed restrictions apply to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

A $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $35 monthly pet rent per pet apply. For complete details, please refer to our Community Fees page. 

Yes, service animals are always welcome at Seven Oaks in accordance with Fair Housing laws with proper documentation. Our leasing staff is happy to help with any questions you may have.
